Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper
    1 small can pimientos
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    2 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Keep in covered bowl in refrigerator.
    This is very good with fresh vegetables or meat. Will keep for days.
    Serves approximately 16.
