Vegetarian Calzones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope active dry yeast
    1 c. very warm water
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine, softened
    3 c. white flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over very warm water and let stand about 5 minutes to soften.
    Stir in brown sugar, salt and butter.
    Add 2 1/2 cups white flour and beat with mixer 5 minutes.
    Beat in egg, then mix in, by hand, remaining flour. Cover and let rise in warm place about 1 hour.
