Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped apples, peeled
1/2 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil; add eggs and dry ingredients.
Mixture will be stiff.
Add vanilla; work nuts and apples in by hand. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 8.
