Kathleen Cannon'S Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 sticks real butter (no substitutes)
    6 to 7 Tbsp. ice water
    6 c. blackberries, washed
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2/3 stick butter
Preparation
    Sift the flour and salt together.
    Cut in the cold butter with a pastry blender until the pieces are as small as rice grains. Add the water, a tablespoonful at a time, until the dough is thoroughly moistened and combined.
    Gather it into a ball.
    Wrap it in waxed paper and chill it in the refrigerator.
