Crab Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 small red onion, finely chopped
    1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    dash of Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Heat cheese and soup together until cheese melts.
    Dissolve gelatine in cold water.
    Add soup-cheese mixture.
    Add rest of ingredients and blend.
    Pour into mold and chill in refrigerator until firm.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce with crackers.
