Cheddar Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely shredded, medium Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. diced pimento
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
    1/3 to 1/2 c. snipped parsley or finely chopped walnuts or pecans
    pimento strips (optional)
    assorted crackers
Preparation
    Bring Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and margarine to room temperature.
    Add milk, onion, pimento, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
    Beat until combined.
    Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
