Pea-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. diced red pepper
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Cook the frozen peas according to package directions.
    Drain and cool.
    In a large bowl, combine peas, cheese, chopped eggs, celery, onion and sweet red pepper.
    Combine mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Add to pea mixture.
    Toss to mix.
    Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
    Stir mixture well.
    Makes 6 side dish servings.
