Lemon Breadlubbock, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. unsifted flour
Rind of 2 lemons
2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs 1 at a time.
Add milk alternately with dry ingredients.
Add rine and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in 2 loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
