Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp. each: baking soda, salt and baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped black walnuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and eggs until smooth. Add oil and blend. Add carrots, pineapple and vanilla. Mix in sifted dry ingredients and nuts. Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
