Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Medium Zucchini Peeled & Sliced
    1 Cup Sugar
    1 Cup Milk
    3 Tbsp. Flour
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    3 Eggs
    1 Unbaked 9-inch Pie Shell
    Cinnamon to Taste
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in saucepan until tender and crisp.
    Drain well. Combine zucchini, sugar, milk, flour, vanilla and eggs in blender container.
    Process until well mixed.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake a 425 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Insert knife in center.
    If it comes out clean, it is done.
