White Lasagna(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 qt. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
    7 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 qt. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter or margarine.
    Add flour and milk to make sauce.
    Cook slowly until slightly thickened. Add cayenne pepper and fresh parsley.
