Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
3/4 c. cornflake crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. Watkins chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp. Watkins paprika
1/2 tsp. Watkins garlic salt
3 to 3 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut up
Preparation

In small bowl, beat together the egg and milk; set aside. Combine cornflake crumbs and next four ingredients.
Dip chicken into egg mixture; roll in crumb mixture.
