Five Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    6 medium potatoes, cut in length
    6 carrots, cut in 1 to 2-inch lengths
    2 sticks celery, cut in 1-inch length
    4 to 6 onions, quartered
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Put meat and vegetables in roaster or Dutch oven. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle with tapioca.
    Stir.
    Add soup and water.
    Cover and bake 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
