Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 slices white bread
    1 c. grated cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into skillet and cook over medium heat until done, stirring occasionally.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Cut bread into 3/4-inch cubes.
    Place in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle sausage over bread.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over mixture in pan.
    Chill overnight or at least 6 hours in refrigerator.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
