Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. lemon zest
24 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter bottom and sides of a spring-form pan.
Combine cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Add butter and mix with fingers.
Press into pan and set aside.
Combine zest of lemon, cream cheese and sugar.
Whip until smooth and creamy.
Add eggs and mix until creamy and well blended. Pour into crust and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cool 20 minutes.
Mix 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, vanilla, 2 tablespoons sugar and sour cream.
Spread on top of cake.
Bake 10 minutes, then cool.
Chill well.
This can be served plain or with a fruit topping.
