Zuke Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. finely chopped or grated zucchini (unpeeled)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Put together in order given.
    Pans must be greased and floured. Fill 2/3 full.
    Makes 4 medium loaves at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, 2 large loaves at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or 5 small loaves at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm with butter or cream cheese.
