Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 frozen hash brown patties, thawed and broken
    1 small onion, chopped
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 stick butter
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Add a little milk if necessary. Place in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
