Gold Rush Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 to 2 c. shredded cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter; pour in casserole.
    Pour potatoes over butter; add onions.
    Mix sour cream, cheese and soup and spoon over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with crushed cereal or cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
