Low-Fat Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. broccoli
    1/2 c. thinly sliced carrot
    3 c. cooked tortellini
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced purple onion
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. basil
    1 garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Steam vegetables (broccoli and carrot) 3 minutes.
    Plunge into cold water and drain.
    Combine vegetables with tortellini, pepper and onion.
    Combine remaining ingredients in plastic container with lid.
    Shake!
    Pour over broccoli mixture.
    Refrigerate and enjoy!
