Hamburger Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large ripe tomato, cored, seeded and chopped finely
    2 Tbsp. minced sweet pickle
    2 Tbsp. minced yellow onion
    2 Tbsp. minced sweet red pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a medium size glass bowl and mix well.
    Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 30 minutes before serving.
    Or chill in the refrigerator overnight.
    Stir well and serve on hamburgers or as an accompaniment to meats. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
    Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
