Chris' Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/2 stick margarine
    garlic to taste
    fresh or dried parsley
    black pepper
    1 small onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    egg noodles, cooked
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onions, garlic and parsley in margarine.
    At same time, warm 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Add mushroom mixture to soup and sour cream.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese.
