Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large cabbage leaves
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves; let stand for 5 minutes and drain.
    Season meat.
    Add onion, rice and egg.
    Roll a portion of filling into each leaf; fasten with toothpicks.
    Place the rolls on rack in pressure cooker.
    Pour soup and water over rolls.
    Cook on 15 pounds of pressure for 8 minutes after jiggles.
