Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can sauerkraut, drained
    1 large pkg. Philly cream cheese
    2 tsp. horseradish
    garlic powder to taste
    1 pkg. dried beef
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients and spread over beef.
    Roll up beef and refrigerate for at least one hour.
    Cut into 2-inch slices and serve.
