Baked Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. mostaccioli
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 large bay leaf
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook mostaccioli in
    a large amount of boiling salted water for about 14 minutes or just until tender.
    Set aside.
