*Yogurt(Marcat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh milk (whole or skim)
    1/2 c. prepared yogurt (Dannon; culture should be at room temperature)
Preparation
    Pour milk in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
    Let milk cool to 115\u00b0 (candy thermometer). Dilute Dannon yogurt with 1/2 cup warm milk and stir into milk. Cover and wrap in Turkish towel.
    Set in warm place for 4 hours. When custard consistency, place bowl in refrigerator.
