Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. Wesson oil
3 c. diced raw apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat the first 3 ingredients.
Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla.
Sift and add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
