Fried Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 3/4 oz.) cans pink salmon
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Form into 10 to 12 patties and fry until medium brown in lightly oiled skillet. Drain on paper towels.
    Serves 4.
