Grilled Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 dashes hot sauce
    4 lb. spareribs
    1/4 c. beer or water
    fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Combine onion and oil in a 4-cup glass measure.
    Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Stir in chili sauce and next 5 ingredients.
    Cover and microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes, until slightly thickened, stirring after 2 minutes.
    Set aside.
