Reception Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon Jell-O
    1 large can pineapple, drained (reserve)
    2 small pkg. cream cheese
    1 jar pimentos, diced
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    2/3 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Heat pineapple juice and dissolve Jell-O.
    When Jell-O is dissolved, add cream cheese and all other ingredients except whipping cream.
    Whip the whipping cream until forms a stiff peak and fold into other mixture.
    Pour into mold or 9 x 12-inch dish and refrigerate.
