Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    haddock, sole, cod or whitefish fillets
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix cracker crumbs with cheese.
    Spread fillets with melted oleo or butter; sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake for 8 to 15 minutes until flaky (depends on thickness of fillets).
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
