Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can fruit cocktail, undrained
Preparation
    Mix
    ingredients
    as
    given
    and
    pour into 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts
    on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    While warm, frost with Icing.
