Lamb Shish Kebab Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 tsp dried thyme
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 Tbsp onion flakes
    1 tsp hot pepper sauce
    5 cloves fresh garlic, chopped fine.
Preparation
    Heat all together over medium heat and bring to a boil, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Stir in lamb and marinate 15 minutes or longer. Grill 10 to 15 minutes until done. Pour remaining marinade over lamb before serving.
