Herbed Seafood And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp or scallops or combination
red and green pepper slices or rings
4 oz. angel hair pasta
1/2 c. butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1 c. half and half
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed or 1 tsp. fresh dill
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Clean and devein shrimp/scallops.
Melt butter; add garlic and seafood.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from butter and set aside. Add half and half to butter in pan.
Bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes.
Add seafood, parsley and seasonings.
Heat well.
Serve over cooked pasta surrounded by pepper.
