Cranberry Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (about 1/2 lb.) fresh or frozen cranberries
    1 1/2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a 2 to 3-quart pan, combine cranberries, orange peel and orange juice. Set over medium-high heat and cook for about 15 minutes or until cranberries soften and pop open.
    Cool.
    Whirl mixture
    a little at a time in a blender until smooth, then force through a fine wire strainer; discard residue.
