Potato And Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large red potatoes
    6 lean pork chops or steaks
    1 large can mushrooms
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can milk or water
    2 c. shredded cheese
    enough cracker crumbs to cover top of casserole
Preparation
    Spray large baking dish with Pam.
    Layer sliced potatoes then pork chops then another layer of sliced potatoes and mushrooms. Season if you wish to.
    Pour soup and liquid over this.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until tender.
    Add cheese and crackers to top of casserole.
    Bake in oven, uncovered, until cheese is melted and top is lightly browned.
