Daffodil Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Beat 6 egg whites with 1 teaspoon cream of tartar until very stiff.
    Mix all other ingredients together and add to egg whites. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes in an ungreased tube pan. Invert cake when done.
