Salad Dressing For Potato Or Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise or more to taste

Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, pepper, vinegar, water and eggs in saucepan.
Cook and stir on medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Add mustard and mayonnaise to saucepan.
Mix well.
Pour over already prepared potato or macaroni salad.
