Mexican Chicken And Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and deboned (save some broth to cook spaghetti in)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stick oleo
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and peppers
Preparation

Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo.
Pour in Ro-Tel.
When mixture is hot, remove from stove.
Drain spaghetti.
Put melted Ro-Tel mixture and chicken in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
