Ingredients

3 c. sliced cooked beets
1 c. liquid (beet juice and water)
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation

Heat together beets and beet juice and water; mix together and stir in flour, sugar salt, pepper and vinegar.
Cook, stirring constantly until smoothly blended and thickened.
