Butternut Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo or butter, softened (1 c.)
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small can evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
3 tsp. butternut flavoring
3 1/4 c. flour
5 eggs
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and shortening.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients with milk and water.
Add flavoring and beat well.
Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Start in cold oven at 325\u00b0.
Bake for 1 hour.
