Chuck'S Chile Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, undrained
    2 small onions
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in 3-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
    Break up tomatoes.
    Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in beans.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings. Contains 415 calories per serving.
