Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, deboned
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 bag Doritos (nacho cheese)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken.
    Cook Ro-Tel and cream of mushroom soup together.
    Layer bottom of casserole dish with Doritos.
    Pour chicken, Ro-Tel and soup in dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
