Navajo Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1/4 c. dry milk powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
about 1 1/3 c. warm water
Preparation

Mix together.
Try to mix in one direction like folding in. Raise in warm place for half an hour.
Pinch off pieces of dough about the size of an egg.
Pat and stretch into a circle about 8 inches across.
Fry in about an inch of hot shortening in a frypan.
Turn and brown the second side.
Drain on a paper towel.
