Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed, sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 c. white raisins
1 c. condensed milk
dash of salt
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Preparation

Cream potatoes, eggs, sugar and condensed milk together well. Fold in nuts, coconut, raisins and corn flakes.
Garnish with coconut; bake at 400\u00b0
for 40 minutes or according to the thickness of casserole.
