Cheese 'N Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles (uncooked)
2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar (8 oz.)
1 1/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained (10 oz. pkg.)
3 eggs
3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce (32 oz.)
Preparation

Cook noodles according to directions for 3 minutes.
Drain. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine cheeses, spinach and eggs. Combine cooked noodles with 2 1/2 cups sauce; place half in a 3-quart casserole.
Top noodle mixture with cheese mixture, then remaining noodles and sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 6.
