Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 c. vanilla yogurt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
4 c. fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, grapes, plums, etc.)
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Slice cookie dough about 1/4-inch thick.
Place in circles in 10-inch pizza pan. Overlap slices slightly.
Press dough together with fingers to form crust.
Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven, but leave oven on.
