Honey Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. honey plus a little to brush on tops
1 egg
Preparation

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in butter with pastry blender until fine crumbs form.
With fork, blend milk, 2 tablespoons honey and egg. Turn all at once into flour.
Turn out on floured board and knead a few strokes until dough holds together.
