Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Eggs
    1/4 c. Butter
    1 med. Onion (diced)
    1 c. Milk
    1 c. Diced Velveeta Cheese
    1 1/2 c. Crumbled Saltines
Preparation
    Boil 2 cups diced zucchini for 5 minutes in salt water, drain well.
    Add all the above ingredients; mix together in a casserole dish.
    Mix well.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
