Crunchy Almond Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. blanched, slivered almonds
    1 thin slice ginger root
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Place almonds, garlic and ginger root in a blender container. Cover and blend until finely ground.
    Mix almond mixture, salt, paprika, cumin and pepper.
    Dip chicken into margarine, then roll in almond mixture.
    Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch oblong pan.
    Cook, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 oven until thickest pieces are done, 55 to 60 minutes.
