Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves
2 medium onions
4 Tbsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 sticks oleo
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 pkg. Mueller's Southern style noodle dumplings
Preparation

Cut skinless and boneless breasts into cubes.
Dice onions and saute in 1 stick oleo.
Then add paprika to onions and mix until all are an orange color.
Add chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
Then add enough chicken broth to just cover the chicken. Add 4 bouillon cubes.
Let simmer about 30 or 40 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
When chicken is done, add the sour cream and stir slowly.
Let simmer for 5 more minutes.
Cook packaged dumplings in salted water.
Add to chicken and blend.
At this time, also stir in another 1/2 stick oleo.
